Mike Mihos
Experience: 24+ Years
My Philosophy:
Fitness isn’t just something I do—it’s a way of life. With over two decades of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people build strength, lose weight, and create lasting lifestyle changes.
Over the past 24+ years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients and have helped countless individuals transform their bodies—building muscle, losing significant weight, improving performance, and gaining confidence that carries over into everyday life.
I work with clients of all backgrounds, including youth athletes, adults, older populations, and individuals with special needs. My approach is built around three key pillars: education, motivation, and accountability.
I believe workouts should be both challenging and enjoyable, because consistency comes from actually liking the process. My goal is to help clients train for life—not just short-term results. With the right plan, support, and mindset, long-term success is always achievable.
About Me:
I was born and raised in the coastal town of Fort Bragg, California, where I still live today. I enjoy staying active through motorcycle riding, mountain biking, hiking, cooking, and sports.
I’m deeply involved in youth athletics and coach year-round in baseball, basketball, soccer, and football. Mentoring and developing young athletes is something I take great pride in.
Above all, my greatest accomplishment is raising and guiding my son to become the best version of himself—on and off the field.
