PRIVATE LESSONS
The C.V. Starr offers private lessons such as a fitness room orientation, personal training, and private swim lessons. Payments must be made at least three days in advance and may be made over the phone.

Private lessons are subject to our instructor availability.

C. V. Starr Community Center Enrichment Class Refund Policy:

If a lesson is canceled by the Center, the registrant will receive a credit on the account or a refund for the full amount may be requested.

To be eligible for a refund a participant must notify the Center at least 24-hours before the scheduled private lesson.

When a refund is requested to be placed as a credit on the account there is no fee; if a participant requests a refund by credit/debit card or check there is a $10 administrative fee deducted from the refund amount.

Refund requests made after this deadline will not be granted.

Registrations are non-transferable. Share registrations/split attendance is not allowed.
Fitness Orientation
$55 for a 60-minute session*
*C.V. Starr members are eligible for one free fitness orientation per year with our experienced staff.

Private Swim Lessons
Private: $45 for a 30-minute lesson
Semi-Private: $45 for a 30-minute lesson plus $10 per each additional participant per half hour (must be paid as one payment)

C.V. Starr Enrichment Programs
Here you will find relevant information for enrichment classes taking place at the C.V. Starr Community Center. Enrichment classes are based on a first-come, first-serve basis and pre-registration is required for all programs.

Scholarships are available through Friends of MCRPD. Download and complete this form and turn in at the C.V. Starr Community Center at 300 South Lincoln Street, Fort Bragg, CA 95437. *Scholarships are NOT approved on the spot and may take a few days to receive approval.

Easter Splash

Bring your suit and towel for a day of Easter eggy fun! This event is welcome to all children ages 0 to 16 years.
At 3:30pm, after egg hunting, the Leisure Pool will close and we will do our ducky races in the Lazy River!
Drop-ins are welcome. This event is three hours of Easter fun!
Don't forget to bring your own basket or bag to place your eggs in.​​
Intro to Guitar With Max
Date: March 1-April 5

Cost: $60 for the Session
Age: 8 and Up​

Intro to Guitar with Max will teach beginners how to play basic chords, chord progressions and some music theory principals.
Guitars are NOT PROVIDED. This class uses acoustic guitars only. Capos are also preferred.​
